Starting at the front desk making recall calls, Kyle worked his way up to managing high-performing, multi-provider clinics, where he developed expertise in operations, case acceptance, and insurance systems. His leadership and strategies have consistently transformed practices into thriving enterprises with record-setting growth. Kyle is the President of DOMA (Dental Office Managers Alliance), a national organization dedicated to elevating office managers through education, resources, and leadership development. He also founded the DOMA Influence Alliance, a professional network for dental coaches and consultants designed to expand their reach, visibility, and impact within the industry. He is also the former Editorial Director for DentistryIQ.com, where he shaped national content and resources focused on front office management and leadership in dentistry. As a speaker and trainer, Kyle is best known for his Bagel Method™ for case acceptance, his proven strategies for strengthening manager-doctor alignment, and his ability to simplify complex systems—like insurance coding, performance reviews, and financial conversations—into easy-to-use frameworks that deliver measurable results.
